Please note: If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.  However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel “lost in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping”.

I cannot accept responsibility for any custom issues, costs or refusals.  If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase.  If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund your money. Returns - Where stock is deemed to be faulty I will replace, refund or exchange item within 3 months from date of purchased.

Jewellery Care - I recommend cleaning as often as needed using a polishing cloth on any metal parts to reduce tarnish. Please keep in mind, due to personal pH Levels of peoples skin and the frequency of wear, some jewellery may tarnish more quickly for some. Since exposure to air can also oxidise jewellery, we recommend storing in an air tight pouch. rather than keeping exposed to air. I do recommend removing jewellery before, showering, swimming etc.
